2. Purpose of AI Use

FMA Consulting uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance efficiency and quality across our consulting services. These uses include:

  • Market research and insight generation
  • Drafting reports, proposals, and documentation
  • Summarising complex regulatory or technical information
  • Supporting governance, privacy, and workflow automation
  • Capturing and summarising meeting notes using AI-powered notetakers (with client consent)

AI is used only to augment professional expertise, and all client-facing deliverables are reviewed and approved by a human.


3. Responsible Use Commitments

FMA Consulting applies the following responsible AI practices:

  • No personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive client data is uploaded into public AI platforms
  • AI is not used to automate client-impacting decisions without human oversight
  • AI-generated content is not presented as human-authored without review
  • No AI tools are used for profiling, manipulation, or surveillance
  • Meeting recordings are never stored unless expressly agreed in advance

4. AI Meeting Notetaker Use

We may use AI-powered tools to record and summarise meetings to support project continuity. When used:

  • Client consent is obtained before activation
  • Clients can opt out at any time
  • Recordings are not stored without express permission
  • Summaries are only used internally unless otherwise agreed

5. Privacy & Governance Approach

FMA Consulting applies a Privacy-by-Design methodology and aligns AI use with established data governance principles, including:

  • Minimising data collection and anonymising where appropriate
  • Using secure tools with strong data handling credentials
  • Limiting access to AI platforms based on role and need
  • Periodically reviewing AI tools for privacy, risk, and legal alignment

6. Client Control

You are always in control of how AI is used in your engagement. As our client, you may:

  • Request that no AI tools be used in the delivery of services
  • Ask for a summary of how AI contributed to your deliverables
  • Be assured that no data is shared with third parties without your informed consent
